Traveler’s Table is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Cook to join our kitchen team in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone who cares about food, takes pride in their work, and wants to learn in a hands-on, ingredient-driven kitchen. No formal culinary experience is required.

Entry-Level Cooks work under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine and Line Cooks, supporting daily prep and service while building core kitchen skills in a professional, structured environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily food preparation and cooking during service

Follow established recipes and prep standards to ensure consistency and quality

Support kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food safety practices

Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and basic station setup

Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth, efficient service

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health guidelines

Qualifications

No prior professional kitchen experience required

Strong interest in food, cooking, and learning kitchen fundamentals

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Attention to detail and respect for quality and cleanliness

Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
