Traveler’s Table is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone with professional kitchen experience who values consistency, teamwork, and quality execution. Our kitchen is small, organized, and ingredient-driven, with a focus on fresh, seasonal food and clean technique.

Line Cooks report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and play a key role in executing the menu during service, maintaining station standards, and supporting an efficient, respectful kitchen culture.

Responsibilities

Execute assigned station responsibilities during service with consistency and attention to detail

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

Complete daily prep and station setup as directed by the Chef de Cuisine

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times

Communicate clearly and professionally with the Chef de Cuisine and kitchen team

Support smooth, well-paced service through teamwork and awareness

Qualifications

Experience working on the line in a professional kitchen is preferred

Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and station workflow

Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Hourly pay based on experience and skill level
