Our upcoming Tuscan Wine Dinner explores the landscapes and traditions of central Italy through five thoughtfully paired courses featuring Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Vermentino, Chianti Classico, Rosso di Montalcino, and Vin Santo del Chianti. From rustic crostini and fresh pappardelle al ragù to bistecca alla Fiorentina and traditional Torta della Nonna, the evening is designed as a progression through Tuscany itself.

Each course is designed to reflect the landscape, climate, and traditions behind the wines, with guided discussion throughout the evening.
